Woolf Brothers Building [Wichita, KS]: The proposal for the transformation of an early-to-mid century men's fine clothier to a mixed-use development includes the renovation of old, blended with the addition of new. The re-purposed project includes tight, urban, pedestrian spaces with a thematic gesture to the site's previous use. A courtyard green, usable alley space, green roof, and unique site elements, create a secluded oasis for city dwellers.
