WP Entertainment [Kansas City, MO] : PLAID collaborative served as a consultant to help envision the development of a new plaza space in Kansas City, MO, as part of a an upscale entertainment hub. Currently, the design proposal includes a number of spaces and elements to accommodate a wide-range of people and uses. Elements of the plaza include a linear ‘wet bar’, a series of fire troughs, a central green, an overhead structure, and specialty paving that flows through the space. Sketches, models, and plans have been created to help communicate the design intent with the project team and client.
