Ft. Myers Riverfront Redevelopment Master Plan [Ft. Myers, Florida] : this comprehensive master plan proposes a range of enhancements to the existing downtown community of Ft. Myers, FL. Proposed infill development includes a new convention center, hotel, pier, retail, residential, and office spaces. Additional amenities included a versatile park for convention center events, interactive water features, and expanded dock space. An enhanced streetscape design was proposed to stitch the new improvements with the existing fabric of downtown.
