Palo Verde Group Building [Leawood, KS] : PLAID was commissioned to provide site development services for this contemporary office building in Leawood, KS. Site studies, concepts, and drawings were produced. The final design solution included an outdoor courtyard, grading and drainage recommendations, parking and pedestrian circulation improvements, and extensive plantings. The site improvements compliment the modern building aesthetic and enhance the company’s image.
