We are excited to be involved in a number of different projects at the historic Longview Farms in Lee’s Summit. It began a transformation, about 20 years ago, into a new urbanist development, complete with dense retail, living opportunities, and active green spaces. After some development stalled during the recession, development activity has once again picked-up with various improvement projects. The land is bursting with history and we are looking forward to embracing it’s storied past as we prepare for a bright future.
